Ok...so I have not been doing very good these last couple of days keeping you informed on our trip. So I thought that I better sit down and get things updated. I left off with telling you about our Friday. On Saturday we had an easier day. We went to the park and to the mall. Had some lunch, just the four of us and then came home at one so the kids could take a nap. After they woke up we headed to downtown Disney. We ate at Rain Forest Cafe shopped at some of the shops after. We came across a store called Libby Lu. It is all about making little girls into the princesses that they are. So of course Mykala had to be a princess. She picked out the type of hair-do that she wanted, crown, and even got to put on make-up. ANd of course get her nails done. She loved every minute of it. I have plenty of pictures that I will download later. It was so fun and she was SO beautiful. After that we had to go to the Disney Store to find something for Landon. We gor him a spinny toy that lights up and a CARS toy car. We headed home after that.


SUNDAY

we went to church and then we celebrated Julie's graduation by having a party for her. Some friends and family came over to help celebrate with her. It was a great time!! By the end of the day we were all tired.


MONDAY

today we headed to Knott's Berry Farm. We thought it would be a great place for the kids. We went on a lot of rides. Saw Snoopy on ice, ate some good food, and have sore feet. The kids loved it, Mykala even went on the log ride. She did very good, but at the end of the day she said that her favorite was the Merry Go Round!! It was a warm one today so we were drinking a lot of water and trying to stay in the shade, I think that it got up to 90 around here. We had a lot of fun and the kids were tired on the way home.


We have not decided what we are going to do tomorrow. I know for sure I have some laundry to get done. Lanae, my sister is expecting anyday and we are waiting the call. SO I need to have clean clothes to repack to go to her house!! We will be there for you Don and Lanae!! GOd has answered my prayers about waiting until after our trip to CA!! We have had a wonderful time here. It has been beautiful weather, for this time of year, it can be very hot around here in August. We have enjopyed all of our family time.
